Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipping. After this period, the order will be processed.

Returns and Refunds

1. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
2. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4.3. Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
